Please note that when you order through ardene.com or the app with a credit card, the payment will be taken at the time of the shipment, when the shipping confirmation email is sent. When placing your order with a credit card, you must be sure that the billing address matches the information (name, address, postal code) on your credit card statement even if it's not the same as your shipping address. Your name and telephone number must also match those on your credit card.
SHOP PAY: With Shop pay, the total amount needs to be paid in full using this method of payment. We do not accept split payments with gift cards or other methods to complete the rest of the balance at this time.
PAYPAL: You will be redirected to your PayPal account to approve the payment through Interac, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Once you select your card from Paypal, you will then be brought back to Ardene’s review page to finalize your order. Please note you will be charged upon order submission.
VENMO: You will be redirected to your Venmo account to approve the payment through Interac, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. ARDENE GIFT CARD: To use a gift card, simply put in your gift card number and pin at checkout. Note that only Canadian Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Canadian website, and American Gift Cards can be redeemed on the US website. If the total amount of your purchase is higher than the value of your Gift Card, you will be able to pay the balance with another payment method. *You can use up to three gift cards per order.
HAPPY CARD: To use a Happy Card, enter the card information as a credit card in the payment section of the checkout. Please note you cannot combine a Happy Card with Afterpay or any other payment method.
APPLE PAY: With Apple pay, the total amount needs to be paid in full using this method of payment. We do not accept split payments with gift cards or other methods to complete the rest of the balance at this time.

Price policy
Our stores are not obliged to match online prices, nor make inventory available that is found on the website. Prices in-store and online are usually the same, but may differ depending on inventory and availability, or promotional/geographical conditions. The effective sale dates may also differ in-store and online. The price of the merchandise shall be as quoted from time to time on the Sites. While we take care to ensure that all prices and terms quoted on the Sites are accurate, errors may occur and prices may change without notice. If we discover an error in the price or any other terms of any merchandise you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price/appropriate terms or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you within 10 business days, the order will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate or not process orders (including accepted orders) where the price or other material information in the Sites is inaccurate.
