What is Ardene's reward program and why should I join?

It is Ardene’s new and improved loyalty program. It allows you to earn points and use them to redeem rewards. There are 3 levels to the program that come with their own set of perks and benefits such as a birthday offer, free shipping and free return

How can I join?

It’s super easy to join! To sign up, simply create your online account and join the program from your profile page. You can also download the Ardene app or sign up in any store with the help of one of our store associates.

Is there an age requirement to become a member?

Do I need to have an Ardene app to become a member?

It’s not mandatory to have the Ardene app to be a part of the loyalty program. However, you can get bonus points for downloading it, which brings you that much closer to your next reward!

What if I don't have an email address? Can I join the program?

Unfortunately, you cannot join the program without a valid email address. Providing us with an email allows you to log into your online account and makes it easier for us to communicate important information about the program.

How do I cancel my loyalty program subscription?

To make a request to cancel your Ardene Rewards subscription, send an email to our customer service department or call 1-866-322-4442. It’s important to note there may be a delay to process your request and that once complete, you will lose access to
