How many points is a dollar worth?
1 dollar is worth 1 point if you are in Level 1. You can earn 1.5x faster in Level 2 (1 dollar = 1.5 points) and 2x faster in Level 3 (1 dollar = 2 points). We also round the transaction total to the nearest dollar so if your total transaction comes

When do my points get added?
Your points balance will automatically update shortly after you’ve made a purchase or completed an activity. You can review your points balance and history in your loyalty dashboard.
Can I earn points for purchases I made before joining the loyalty program or if I forgot to tell the cashier that I am a member?
Unfortunately, we do not award points retroactively. In order to get your points you must let the cashier know that you are a member, be signed in to your online account or signed in to the app.
If I have multiple email addresses can I combine my points?
As stated in the program’s terms and conditions, the loyalty program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to 1 account per person and registered email address. It is not permitted to combine points from multiple acco
What happens to my points when I return/exchange items?
When you return merchandise, it will result in a point balance deduction equivalent to the points earned on the returned item(s). If a return is made after a reward is issued you will not lose your earned reward however this may cause a negative poin
Can I earn points on orders paid with a gift card?
Of course! Your payment method does not affect the total points awarded on your transaction.

A reward is a dollar discount that you can use on future purchases. Every time you reach 100 points it will automatically trigger a 5 dollar reward. Rewards will be triggered in 5 dollar increments meaning you could receive $10, $15, $20, $25, etc re
